Swedish massage- This is a gentle form that uses relaxing flowing long strokes, vibration, kneading and deep circular movements to help relax and energize you

Sports massage-This is geared toward active people who use the massage to help prepare for upcoming events, prevent or treat injury. A variety of strokes and stretches are used.

Deep tissue massage- This technique is slower, and uses deeper strokes to target the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue and is effective to relieve pain and muscle tension
