Yoga Teacher Training

This incredible yoga teacher training program is dedicated to uplifting individuals, artists, and other seekers of the mystic path. Whether you are looking to teach or just deepen your practice this program will offer an amazing opportunity to explore your inner landscape and gain tools, and techniques to bring balance and optimal well being to your body, mind and soul.

During the 4 month course the student will practice in depth 36 asanas (poses), learn to sequence the poses with the moon cycles, seasons,and to create effects on the body, mind and soul (ex. energizing, relaxing, aiding digestion) explore the mystic arts of the yogi including meditation, chanting, breathwork, ayurvedic practices (eating, daily and seasonal practices), classic yoga philosophy and anatomy and physiology. Students will get a strong education in western and eastern anatomy exploring the muscular skeletal system in depth, each organ system, the chakras and subtle bodies.

Samantha Goldberg Blacktorn, a certified Iyengar yoga teacher holds a degree in Biological science with an emphasis on anatomy and physiology, she brings her strength in anatomical education, as well as her studies in the mystic and healing arts to each class she teaches. Samantha will teach the anatomy (western and eastern), philosophy, ethics and business sections.  Emily Liles offers a deepening in the traditional aspects of Yoga lineage, while using crafts of ritual and art. Emily will teach the asana, teacher technique and practical teaching part of the program.  Both teachers have years of experience teaching asana classes, healing arts and teaching teachers and have written curriculum for YTT programs.

Guest teachers who are experts in their fields will teach though out the course. Each topic in this amazing program is catered to encouraging the guidance of intuition and the capacity to provide performance of action in the practice of Yoga. Classes will specialize in deepening your personal practice, gaining a solid foundation in anatomy, sequencing, injury prevention and building strength, increasing flexibility and alignment, practice teaching, intuitive skills, incorporating ritual into daily life, supportive community practices and mystic arts. 

ALL ARE WELCOME! Our training is certified through Yoga Alliance and the students will be certified to teach through the Yoga Alliance upon completion of program. Samantha Saladino

Samantha began her study of yoga in 1993 and has taught since 1999. She is an international yoga teacher and workshop presenter. Samantha is a certified Iyengar teacher (CIYT), is registered with the International association of yoga therapy (IAYT) and has E-500RYT through the yoga alliance. Samantha trains yoga teachers and writes curriculum for yoga teacher training programs. She teaches anatomy, kinesiology and postural assessment to yoga teachers in the states and abroad. In her classes she focuses on alignment, stability of joints and flexibility of muscles combining her anatomical knowledge of the human body with her love and passion for yoga and guiding her students toward their optimal wellbeing. Her private yoga sessions can help you to deepen your practice, learn tools of alignment to stay safe in flow classes, create a sequence designed for your specific needs, relieve tension, stress and pain from postural deviations, improve daily posture or introduce you to the props, poses, and terminology necessary to help you feel comfortable going to a larger group class.



Emily, a Certified Yoga Therapist through the International Association of Yoga Therapy, holds a degree in Natural Science from the University of Texas in Austin and has been leading various 200 hour and 500 hour Teacher Training programs for over 6 years. She has been teaching Yoga since 2006 and enjoys working with students at any level.

Emily teaches students the tools of Yoga that they may deepen skills creating stability and clarity in life. These Yogic tools not only include the postures of Yoga, but also the breathing techniques, meditation, mantra, and traditional aspects of the teachings.

Emily is on ongoing student of Chase Bossart of the Krishnamacharya tradition and studys traditional Vedic chanting with Pam Hightower. Emily studies Ayurvedic life style choices under the guidance Ayurvedic Practitioner Elizabeth Cunningham Bossart.

Her classes are based in discussion and hands on experience. Come prepared for laughter, ritual, grounding, expression, nourishment, and community!
