• Anatomy of the ribs, sternum and clavicle and associate muscles and joints

• Sequencing an asana class that targets the spine and thorax
• Muscle groups working together
• Movement of the spine and thorax and yoga asana to target these areas
• How to prevent injury and modify poses for pre-existing injuries
